By registering with our platform, you consent that your registration details—including your registration date, name, company, Skype, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp information—will be displayed to publishers as part of your profile and offers. This public display helps publishers identify and evaluate advertisers. Additionally, publishers will be able to see who is inserting offers and who applies.
Our system includes a built-in rating and review feature. Publishers who have conducted business with you may leave reviews and rate your performance. These ratings and reviews are publicly visible and are intended to foster trust and transparency.
In addition to displaying your details, all offers posted by publishers will be shown on our platform. Publishers may interact with these offers and update their information. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that these interactions are an integral part of our system.
It is required that all information provided is accurate and to the best of your knowledge. We reserve the right to verify the information at any time. Failure to provide accurate information may result in the suspension or blocking of your advertiser account.
Our services are designed exclusively for individuals or entities involved in telemarketing—whether engaged in the sale or purchase of leads. Only those actively using our CRM Scrubber and integration services to conduct business are eligible for a profile on our platform. Free services such as suppression, offer creation, and posting are also available at no cost.
Those who are selected and send referral messages through our referral page (https://dialerhosting360.com/advertiser/referrals/) and tag webhertz at linkedin and alteast 5 other people will receive up to $50 of credit for one week as an advertiser. As a publisher, you will also be able to use the scrubber for one week.
The referrer will receive $2 for every unique signup using their referral, provided the account is activated within 48 hours. This is subject to factors such as the authenticity of accounts, validation of the signup, and the new user belonging to the same industry.
The referrer will get up to a 30% commission when someone uses their referral code for their first purchase. Additionally, the user will receive up to a 40% discount based on the chosen plan.
Users can add up to 10 suppressions free of cost. After 10 suppressions, users are required to purchase at least one subscription plan.
Commission or referral credits can only be used within 60 days, after which they will expire. These credits can be applied toward services.
Demo accounts are subject to several conditions. Users must apply for a demo within one week of signup and must be willing to purchase the service if required. Only the first 20 users per week will be granted a demo account. These conditions may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
Dialer Hosting 360, powered by Web Hertz, shall not be held liable for any loss or damages arising from the public display of your information or the actions of publishers on the platform. You agree that all business interactions will be conducted with due diligence. Any discrepancies may result in account review or suspension.
We reserve the right to verify all data submitted by advertisers and publishers. In cases where the verification fails or the information is found to be misleading, we may block or remove the advertiser account without prior notice.
